Capturing Diverse Stories from the Early Years Sector
As part of our ongoing work to develop our engagement with contemporary issues around the profession we are collecting stories from all stakeholders in the sector. This includes all personal stories about being in the Early Years profession that matter to you. We would like to encourage contributions from all individuals with a story to share.
We want you to be part of raising awareness and having important conversations around the future of Early Years. We intend to bring your voices together to amplify them and produce a rich narrative to unify and strengthen the Early Years sector.
We are creating a safe space for voices and experiences not often shared, as we want to change this. It is valuable to share stories, particularly from people who usually don’t have their stories heard. Sharing your story will connect hearts and minds across time and space, fostering empathy, understanding and a shared desire for collective action.
